1.)  Buyer buying the wrong disk for his vehicle (Vehicle must be on the compatibility list above) .

2. ) Buyer inserting the Navigation Disc in the Audio/CD Slot of their car instead of the Navigation Disc slot behind the screen. (1. Turn on vehicle 2. Push Navigation button 3. Push eject 4. flip down screen will open 5. Install dvd behind the screen.)

3.) Buyer has a defective Navigation Unit that requires cleaned and/or laser re-aligned.  This happens generally and 100% of the time the buyer complains, when he tests the disc in another vehicle, it always works fine.  If you get a "Disc Read Error", that is a problem with your Navigation Unit, requiring a cleaning and/or laser re-aligned.  "Disc Read Error" is NOT a problem with the Navigation Disc.  Navigation Discs DO NOT go bad, the units do.  As these vehicles and Navigation Units get older and older, this is becoming more of a problem.
