We ship within 1 business days of receiving the cleared payment via FedEx or USPS. If payment is received on a weekend or holiday, shipment will be on the following Monday or the following business day. All items are shipped out of our Huntsville, AL warehouse.

Shipping is for lower 48 states. Please contact us if you are not in the lower 48 states and we can provide you the shipping cost.

We offer drop/blind shipment services for our customers. If you need to blindly ship an item to your own customer, simply leave a note when you checkout via PayPal. We will not include any paperwork or reference to our company (including the return address) with the package.

Within 30 days of purchase, the customer may return any item in its original package for a refund. We give a refund except for the actual shipping charge we paid for shipping.
