All items are in the original box.
It can be easily installed on a pedal board and controls many effects.

One Control Caiman Tail Loop uses a small (440(W) x 55(D) x 33(H) mm) and lightweight (approximately 620g) housing that does not take up space on the board and is easy to carry. It is a programmable switcher with functions.

Caiman Tail Loop is a switcher that can control ON/OFF of 5 series effect loops, as well as 2 latching switches, 5 MIDI program change numbers (PC) and 5 MIDI control change numbers (CC). .

150 types of programs can be saved. In order to be able to operate a large number of programs in a compact size, it has a three-layer structure of 6 lanes, 5 banks, and 5 programs in each bank.
Banks and lanes can be easily switched with a single BANK footswitch.

Two latch/unlatch switch signals can be sent separately from the five effects loops. You can switch amp channels, remote control effectors, and operate tap tempo.

It also has a built-in input buffer, mute switch and tuner out. It also has 6 DC outputs, allowing you to supply power to effectors connected to the loop.

Furthermore, it is equipped with a MIDI input, so it can also be controlled via MIDI from external devices. You can also link two Caiman Tail Loops via MIDI.

●Features
・Programmable switcher with 5 effects loops
・Sends two latch/unlatch switch signals
・Send 5 MIDI PCs and 5 MIDI CCs
・Save 150 types of programs
・External MIDI control
・Independent mute switch
・Equipped with BJF Buffer circuit for natural tone
・Small (440(W) × 55(D) × 33(H) mm), lightweight (approximately 620g) housing

●Bank and lane
Caiman Tail Loop has 5 banks in each of the 6 lanes A to F, and each bank can store 5 programs.
Banks and lanes can be easily switched with a single BANK footswitch. Press the BANK footswitch to increase the bank number by one. If the selected bank is 5, it will return to bank 1.
Long press the BANK footswitch to change lanes. This structure allows you to easily select 150 types of presets in a compact housing.

●Program and direct mode
The Caiman Tail Loop can be put into program mode or direct mode by quickly pressing the BANK switch twice.
Program mode and direct mode can be switched with the PROGRAM/DIRECT switch.
In program mode, use the footswitch to turn the effect loop on and off for the selected program and save it.
In direct mode, each effect loop can be turned on and off individually using footswitches PGM1 to PGM5, regardless of the current program.

●Latch/unlatch switch
Latch switch or unlatch switch signals can be sent individually from the FS1 and FS2 terminals, which are installed separately from the five effect loops. You can also connect a stereo cable to the FS2 terminal to send two latching switches with one cable.
This allows you to switch amp channels and remotely control effects by selecting a program. Additionally, if the switch is set to unlatch, a signal will be sent each time the selected preset switch is pressed, so it can also be used as a tap tempo switch.

●MIDI
Caiman Tail Loop can preset 5 MIDI program change numbers (PC) and 5 MIDI control change numbers (CC) in each preset program. Each will be a signal for MIDI channels 1 to 5.
In addition to ON/OFF control of the switcher, you can smoothly switch between a wide range of sounds by switching presets such as multi-functional spatial pedals.
It is also possible to control pedals that are not installed in the effects loop of the main unit, so for example, you can control a spatial pedal installed in the effects loop of the amplifier using MIDI, and control the effects before the amplifier by turning each effect loop ON/OFF. You can perform operations such as:

You can also control Caiman Tail Loop from an external device using the MIDI IN terminal. You can connect and link two Caiman Tail Loops, control them simultaneously with other devices, or put the Caiman Tail Loop in a rack case and control it via MIDI.

●BJF Buffer
An overwhelmingly natural BJF Buffer that overturns the image that many "buffers" have.
- Set the gain to exactly 1.
- Make sure that the input impedance does not change the sound.
- Make sure the output is not too strong.
- Minimize noise to the absolute minimum.
- Make sure that the sound does not deteriorate when overloaded.
BJF Buffer, which has been completed to meet BJF's particular buffer requirements, is used by many professionals around the world to help with guitar signals.

Caiman Tail Loop is equipped with BJF BUF IN, which applies a buffer to the input section, and INPUT, which does not apply a buffer.
You can also use BJF Buffer alone by using the BUFFER IN and BUF OUT terminals.
Using a non-buffered input creates a true bypass switcher.
