This is a Genuine Used Peugeot 106 Mk2 1.4 Quiksilver Throttle/ Accelerator Cable. This will fit equivalent Citroen Saxo models and possibly 1.1 litre petrol Engines too, fit compsrison - length of inner cable 73cm, outer cable 61cm.

Condition is used as can be seen from the photos of the actual item, the out cable is slightly kinked in 1 area, however the inner cable fins smoothly even when operated by hand.
