A RARE Old Noritake NIPPON Gold Overlay 10" Vase with Jeweled Butterflies This auction is for an outstanding and RARE Old Noritake Nippon vase. In It stands 10" tall and is marked with the Morimura Brothers' blue maple leaf "Hand Painted Nippon" mark (c. 1891 - 1911). It is decorated with an extensive amount of gold, highlighted by two jeweled and gold overlay butterflies. There are no chips, cracks or crazing but there is wear to the gold mostly on handles and base. The vase is 11" tall.
