New Replaced Skirt.Eyelet Fabric and Red Lining.
Modification done to dress to replace original damaged skirt fabric.Collar also removed.
No Stains, Holes or Tears in fabric.
Velvet bodice with no worn areas.
New Ribbon Sash.
