Honestly it might be better to just turn this pair into a little purse or something. She kinda screwed them, I'm not sure there's many bodies that would be able to wear these.

These are a Pair of jeans that were poorly cut into shorts. Whoever Cut them destroyed the 4 main pockets in the process. You could fix the front pocket backs and your phone would still fit in your back pocket with minimal issue, but this is far from ideal.
