PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payment is to be finalised within 5 days (unless otherwise arranged). If buying multiple items, DO NOT checkout, but contact us for a combined invoice, otherwise your postage cost will be incorrect. We accept payment via Paypal or Bank Deposit.
POSTAGE
The Postage costs include the packaging/ handling fee.
It takes time for us to have your street sign designed, proof confirmed, made and prepared to enter the postal system. Generally, this is about 5 days from the day you place your order.
This means, it can take up to 3 weeks for street signs to be delivered.
Once your item has been posted and a tracking number provided, we have absolutely no control over the delivery times. The stress to the delivery system has meant that postal services are no longer committing to their usual timeframes, and eBay only provides a general estimate.
Where an item has been lodged with Australia Post, we encourage our customers to contact them at auspost.com.au/help if they have any delivery concerns.
COMMUNICATIONS

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
Contact MUST be made within 48 hours of receiving the item if you are not satisfied, along with photographic evidence of any issue. Street signs cannot be returned if you change your mind. An assessment for a refund will be made if the item is damaged or not as described.
CANCELLATIONS
Once you provide us with the request, the order process commences. If you require a cancellation after this time, there will be a $9.95 cancellation fee.
Once the street sign has been made, we can no longer offer a cancellation because you change your mind or need the street sign earlier than originally stated.
