Used and shows wear. It does have some markings, creasing, finger smudges, wear from being used in a shop. Photo's are of the actual item for sale. This is NOT bound, it is loose leaf. Generic binder is included.

Return Policy for USED ITEMS: buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. If buyer paid for expedited shipping, those funds will NOT be refunded, only the cost of the item will be refunded. If the item is not returned in the same condition as sent, up to a 50% refund will be given. 

Payment is due within 2 days of confirming payment.

Shipping: I ship within 1 business day. Example: You purchase on Monday before midnight PST, I ship on Tuesday. You purchase on Friday before midnight PST, I ship on Monday. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - I use eBay's GSP Program. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and fees as shown on invoice from GSP. GSP provides tracking where unfortunately USPS has removed that option. Please do not ask me to ship other than GSP as I will not. Thanks
