Now you can choose to pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express. PayPal, Apple Pay (through the eBay app and eBay's mobile website only), Google Pay (through the eBay app, eBay's mobile website, and desktop). We only accept payments through the eBay app/website.
Payment must be received within 3 days after you have committed to buy. Unpaid item disputes will be filed to eBay for non-paying bidders.
We normally dispatch our orders in less than 24 hours.
Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. If after 5 working days your item still has not arrived, please regularly check at your local sorting office as it may be too big to fit through most letter boxes, your courier should leave a card but sometimes they do not. If after 15 working days (or 20 working days non-UK) your shipment has not arrived please contact us and we will investigate further. Do not worry your order is fully insured and it will either be replaced or refunded in full.
Our no quibble returns policy means that you can shop with peace of mind, if you are in any way not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it to us within 30 days for an exchange or full refund.
1. What is your return policy?
- We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if it is not suitable for any reason, we are happy to refund your purchase providing it is:
- Returned within 30 days of receiving your order
- It is in original undamaged packaging with all tags intact
- The product is in the same condition as how you received it
- You have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of our goods whilst they are in your possession and during transit. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged when they are returned. We ask that you return items by second class tracked post and please keep a copy of your receipt until you receive a confirmation email that we have received your item and have proceeded with a refund or an exchange for you
- If the item you receive is faulty, damaged or the wrong item has been sent, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible so they can advise you further.
- With the exception of faulty or damaged goods, if you return your purchase after 30 days of receiving your order, we reserve the right to not offer you a full refund. We will instead refund you the original order price minus postage and packaging charges and a 20% restocking fee.
- In the unlikely event of an item being received damaged or faulty you have 30 days from date of dispatch to report this to us for Return.
2. How do I return an item?

- To arrange a return please contact us via eBay and we will provide you with returns information. All you need to tell us is which item you wish to return and the reason why. You will need to package the item securely and include your eBay id and order number.
3. When will I receive my refund/replacement?
