All products and other accessories are made from treated wood. They come with a heavy duty felt roof, glazing (when required) and floors where applicable.

All products are hand-crafted to the highest quality by our expert joiners in our facility in Stockport.

Payment - All payments must be received within 7 days of auction end.

Postage - We do not offer postage due to the size of our goods. All our products are delivered by hand and assembled on site (where applicable) by our technicians.

Dispatch Times - As our items are all custom made to order we usually specify a 2-3 week waiting period. Once completed we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery (and assembly if applicable) date. If you wish your goods to be built within a smaller time frame then please contact us. Please note in this case a price premium will usually be added to the cost.
