Why Neptune instead of Aquila/Ender?

  1. Neptune uses STM32F 4-Core processor which is the HIGHER standard to Creality. Robust, powerful and fully open source for Marlin, OcotoPi, Klipper with tons of community support on Facebook, Reddit.
     Easy cable management with built-in optional Wi-Fi slots on Neptune 2 boards. Just insert MKS Robin Wifi ESP8266 of less than $20 to enable wi-fi features that files can be transferred using Cura directly. it's easy upgrade to WiFi controle using Cura too (refer to Uncle Jessy's Youtube Tutorail)

  2. 3. While Aquila has H32 (newest/worst), N32, G32 chips, self-developed version of ARM branded STM32 they occasionally cause thermal runaway failure as reported on Reddit communities and YouTube. Also a common issue for Creality Ender 3 with overheating & shifted layers.

It may only show sign of repackaging due to our inspection service (opening the box, taking photos, recording serial #, classifying grades). It's sealed, packaged in the original factory condition with ALL original factory parts/accessories in inspected new or like new condition.

Pre-owned with Warranty -> backed with 30-day warranty by our store - you will have a FULLY FUNCTIONAL UNIT OR YOU GET FREE REPLACEMENT (parts/units). It was inspected, cleaned, repaired to full working order and is in overall good pre-owned condition. It WILL contain aesthetic signs of wear/teas/scratches (especially on the tank/lid). This item may be repackaged.

Damaged as Parts Only (fix-up DIY projects) -> The unit was returned in a poor condition that contains heavy signs of wears/tears/aesthetic issues such as scratches, dents/cracking.  It might not come with original factory packaging. We only test if it powers on. It might miss one or  ALL parts/hardware/accessories. Our store warranty is that customers will make 1x FULLY functional unit for purchase of every 2 units - or you get FREE replacement parts on your fix-up projects. Great as source of parts/hardware for purchase of 1 unit.
* The benefits of Elegoo products are that they are supported with comprehensive range of parts/accessories/replacement available on the market, which almost makes every unit fully restorable. Feel free to leave us a note if you want to avoid/deal with certain types of repairs such as thermistor/Mainboard/Axis repairs - we will do our best to pick the units you know how to fix.

A. wobbly/deformed Y plate (needs to be hammered down)
B. thermistor errors (re-wiring/replacing required)
C. clogged hotend
D. Missing minor parts/accessories like PEI sheets, printable parts like spool holder, hotend cover etc
E. Not homing properly/limit switch error
