Our aim is to dispatch orders as soon as we have received payment. In most cases we will ship the same day if the order has been received before 1pm. We will always try our best to resolve any issues you may have. In case of any damaged/faulty items, we may ask you to send us any relevant pictures and may need damaged items to be returned to us so please keep the packaging.
