This is a budget friendly solution for covering surfaces in your home. The self-adhesive vinyl wrap is traditionally used for adding décor or privacy to overlooked windows or door panes. It can also be applied to glass table-tops or mirrors as a feature and is fully removable. This vinyl window film can be cut to any shape or size, ideal for small or awkward shaped windows and still allows the light to shine through!

Application

Use a dc fix application kit to apply, it won’t damage the vinyl when smoothing out and includes a handy cutting tool
The vinyl has a handy grid on the backing paper, to use as a cutting guide
Allow a 2mm gap from any window seal when applying, this will stop the vinyl from lifting in time
Spray the window first with water, the vinyl can be difficult to manoeuvre on surfaces like glass, smooth out any excess water

Aftercare

Don’t worry if the vinyl goes cloudy, allow a couple of weeks for the water to completely dry out
Wipe clean using regular household cleaner, do not scrub the vinyl
Heat resistant to 75C, keep 12 inches away from naked flames
Fully removable, use a hairdryer to make the job easier

Shipping

Our standard delivery is FREE and WE AIM TO DISPATCH THE SAME DAY, delivery however can take 2-3 working days depending on carrier used and area.

If you need your goods quicker please choose our Royal Mail 24 hour service, we will dispatch the same day and delivery is normally 1-2 working days. For larger orders we use couriers like Parcel Force, DX and UPS (UK only). A tracking number will be sent to you on dispatch via email.

If you're not in, Royal Mail will leave a card to arrange a redelivery or collect from your local sorting office.

For customers outside of the UK, we use EBay's Global Shipping Program. Therefore we send your order to their Distribution Centre and they dispatch to you. Note any queries about late delivery / missing parcels should be dealt with by EBay Customer Services directly.

Returns

UK Returns

We understand you may have changed your mind or the product is no longer required, but please arrange the return within 30 days of receipt, after this time the product is non-returnable. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for samples.

If you would like to return any products to us, please remember to include your order details and include this inside your parcel along with the unused roll in it’s original packaging and box/tube, the unwanted goods should be unopened, undamaged and in a saleable condition. All goods will be inspected on return, in an event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may refuse to refund for the goods.

We are not reponsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days of your return reaching us.

We always strive to deliver your order in perfect condition, but if you do receive faulty or damaged product, please send a message using link on listing and we will try to put this right as quickly as possible. All faulty or damaged goods need to be reported to us within 7 days and photographic evidence is usually required, please keep hold of any product labels and do not dispose of the product, we may need samples of it.

Please note: you should check all products carefully before applying for any faults, we will send a full replacement or refund at no charge to you.

International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside of the UK, we suggest using an international courier. All costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns should be made within 21 days of receipt.
