Postage :
We will happily answer any questions regarding postage
abroad or in the UK and we will do everything we can to get the best option for
you. Various options are available including courier, in all instances, please
contact us. Please note that due to the very high cost of international postage,
there are no returns at all for international postage, even for items that have
been damaged, lost or stolen in the post. We will keep proof of postage for
occasions such as these. We also reserve the right to change the rate of
international postage if it exceeds the flat rate advertised.
We use
various couriers and mail services. If you are not in when they attempt to
deliver you will be left a calling card. Collection of the item or redelivery
can be arranged by contacting your local depot or post office. We are not
responsible if the item is returned to us - you will incur the original courier
cost, return courier cost and a fee for redirection. Additional postage will be
requested if you require the item to be sent to you again. Please contact us if
you wish for your goods to go elsewhere, other than your paypal address, so we
can recalculate any postage costs if need be. Postage prices shown are for
mainland UK only. This doesn't include NI, ROI, offshore, the highlands or
international. Please contact us before purchase and we will advise relevant
prices. We are happy to ship internationally please ask for a postage quote. Any
purchased items will usually be sent within 24-48 hours of
purchase.
Genuine Parts:
All our parts are Genuine OEM (Original
Equipment Manufacturer) parts, carefully removed, cleaned and tested. They do
not come from scrap cars or end of life vehicles. All our parts come with a 28
day warranty. If your part is found to be faulty within the time limit we will
exchange for another unit or refund if an exchange is not available, minus the
postage costs. However we cannot cover any fitting charges that may be incurred
and our prices reflect this. If you order one of our items and then after taking
receipt realise it’s not the item you needed then we do not refund. Whilst we
take every care in packaging our items we will NOT be held responsible for goods
damaged in transit if they have been signed for in good condition.

Guarantee
All parts are
guaranteed for 28 days unless otherwise agreed in the listing. Any item
purchased from us must be paid for in full before the item can be released for
delivery or collection. We offer a returns policy on all our items. If for any
reason your are not happy with them item, or it is incorrect, you can return it
for a full refund. You are responsible for return postage costs. You must check
your item on the time of delivery before signing for the goods. If you are
unhappy for any reason you must refuse delivery and/or collection. Once the item
is in your possession the transaction is then complete, we cannot then claim for
damage caused in transit and therefore cannot offer a refund on damaged goods
from that point on. Our guarantee covers mechanical parts only. We do not cover
any labour costs, or damage costs, for any faults arising from the fitting of a
part we supplied. Electrical items are not guaranteed. The guarantee is void if
any part has been tampered with in any way (i.e. seals broken, item taken apart,
etc) unless otherwise agreed. If any unauthorized alterations are found to have
been made to a part then any return may be refused. All items are checked and
tested before they are sent out. This guarantee does not affect your statutory
rights.
Engines and Gearboxes
The term engine refers to the
cylinder head & block and the components that make these up (i.e. pistons,
cam shafts, etc). Any ancillaries left on the engine e.g. water pump, cam belt,
sump, pulleys or similar are supplied free of charge and are not covered by any
guarantee (unless otherwise agreed in writing). Gaskets, sumps and oil seals are
also not covered. We would suggest that all engines/gearboxes are fitted with
new timing belts/chains etc, and that all engine oils & filters are replaced
before running is commenced. Please note that all engines, gearboxes, starter
motors and alternators are sold on an exchange basis only if reasonably
practicable and do not incur heavy postage costs.
