I will combine shipping. Fastest way and to ensure you get the items is to just buy them. I will see they were bought by the same person and I will refund any overages in shipping, usually the same day if not by the next. You can also send me a message to confirm. Look at my Feedback, I have done this many times and I am not going to ruin my rating for a one time grab of a few shipping dollars.
I use recycled shipping materials when feasible and I reserve the right to switch shippers to enhance service as I have seen as much as 6 days difference in est delivery dates. If this is an issue, you MUST let me know when you buy the item(s) as there is little I can do after they are on their way.
