RETURN POLICY
Item must be returned within 30 days after the buyer receives it

RETURN POLICY DETAILS :  • Refund will be given as: Money Back  • Return postage will be paid by: Buyer  Your satisfaction is our first priority. Simply return the item to us in original condition unopened with packaging, tags and tickets intact and we will replace it or process a refund to your original method of payment. Returns & Exchanges:  Faulty Items:  If an item is determined faulty you will not be charged for postage of replacement items.  Change of Mind:  Yes, you are welcome to return your item if you are not happy with it. Please notify us and return within 7 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the return postage cost, once we receive it a refund will be organized.  In the event that postage was free, then the actual cost of the postage will be deducted from your total.  Please return the item in its original condition, or you may not qualify for a full refund. If it requires repackaging a fee of $10.00 per item will be deducted from your refund. • When selecting Quilts, under blankets, mattress protectors, mattress toppers or Pillows, please choose carefully as there is not exchange on these items due to health regulations.

You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.  If you don't follow our item condition policy for returns, you may not receive a full refund.
