UK Delivery Options
DPD Arcade machine orders
Arcade Machines, Once your order is ready for shipment, it will be sent with our courier partner DPD, on a next day delivery service on a AM delivery slot.
Customs Charges/Delays:
Goods ordered from outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance will be payable by you. We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your on-line order. You will be the importer of record and responsible for any import VAT and duty that may be applicable. In addition, any charges for import clearance will be payable by you, the customer. We can not advise on how much you can expect to pay for import duties. It is accepted by you that Arcade Geeks has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance.
Marking goods as gift or declaring low value:
We cannot mark items as a gift or declare a lower value. All our parcels shipped outside of the EU require a commercial invoice to be attached to the outside of the box declaring the correct goods description and value. This is required by law and we will not mark items as a gift or declare a lower value, so please do not ask us to do this.

Here at Arcade Geeks we believe that you will be pleased with your product, but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.
Orders Returned to Sender/Undelivered Orders
There are several reasons why an order would fail to be delivered. This may include a customer typing an inaccurate shipping address during checkout, old/out of date address or a customer not being present at the time of delivery. It is the customers responsibility to enter an accurate shipping address at the time of order, as we can only ship to the exact address that the customer enters during checkout. If a customer does not have a 100% accurate shipping address, it can cause delivery problems for postal/courier services and an order may be returned to us due to this problem.
For any orders that are returned to us (Arcade Geeks) due to a customer having inaccurate shipping details or failing to collect from a depot (when a missed delivery card has been left), we would have to charge to re-ship the order. If your order is returned to us due to any of these reasons, we will notify you by email/or phone.
Unwanted Goods
You can return a product within 14 days of the date on which you received it and we will refund you any money which you have paid us for that product. The product needs to be in an ‘as new’ condition and complete with all packaging and components. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. Please message, to inform us of your wish to return the goods and we will allocate you a RMA.
Please include a letter/note with your return, detailing all the relevant information, including name, address, and order number.
We recommend you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt and extended liability to the value of the product/products being returned, and adequate packaging, as in the rare event of the parcel going missing or sustaining damage, you are responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
If you return a product to us that is not in an ‘as new’ condition, we reserve the right to reject a refund for the returned product/products.
Certain products and services are excluded from this returns policy, including arcade machines, personalised products or those manufactured to order.
Faulty Goods
If you receive an item from us which is faulty, which you did not order or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact us to inform us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange a refund or replacement or repair if applicable.
We will provide you with an RMA and advise you on how to send the item back to us.
