ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING:
Printing typically takes 2-3 business days and ships USPS Standard Economy  (please see shipping policy details). During the holidays, delivery speed will vary and may take an additional 2-3 days depending on your location. Please take this into consideration when placing an order.

 

RETURNS:
Returns accepted. This is custom made, so I cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if it arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error, I offer a free replacement or a refund, if you contact me within 30 days of product delivery. Photo of damage/error is required.

 

UNDELIVERED MAIL:
If tracking records show DELIVERED but it was not, please contact your Post Office to begin a claims process. Unfortunately, I have no control over this. Poor/slow Post Office service and delays due to severe weather is also out of my control.
