Good Condition with no rips, tears or stains. The pictures appear that there is a spot under front collar - but it appears a camera fault as I see no spot or hole!  This dress has been in a cedar closet for many, many years but still in nice condition.  Might need some freshening but it was dry cleaned before storage.
