The
badger from Schleich WILD LIFE is a nocturnal predator from the marten
family. The black and white fur, long snout, stocky body and short
stocky legs are characteristic of the animal. Badgers live in hilly
forest areas in Europe and feed on earthworms, insects, rodents, and
grains and berries. With their powerful paws, badgers dig extensive,
branched tunnel systems underground that are used for generations.
