The leads have been cut to the lengths required for their corresponding positions in the pickguard. The neck and bridge are close to the Fender specs published on the box. The middle pickup has a slightly higher DC resistance than the neck. The Fender figures is 5.9K ohms for both neck and middle while the bridge is 6.5K ohms. These pickups all have the same magnet polarity and wind direction and hence they won't be noise cancelling in the 2 and 4 positions.
