This hood is said to match the colour of the Canon lens barrel, but not quite identical to the lens itself. Nevertheless the colour is extremely similar.

The hood has scuff marks and scratches (see photos), but it works perfectly well and firmly attaches to the front of the lens.

This is a much nicer hood than the standard black one issued by Canon with their lenses. Priced to move. Nab yourself a bargain!
