costume is in excellent condition the colors are bright.  there are no tears or holes.  measures 31 inches long lying flat from shoulder to cuff.  13 inches lying flat at the middle.  I'm not sure of the child's size?  

I found the hat with the costume.  Not sure if they originally went together.  they appear to match in size  there are a few marks in the plastic but no tears hold etc.  the original elastic chin strap is missing.
