Membrane Solutions 2ml Sample Amber Vials and Blue Caps & Septa (Red PTFE/ White Silicone Liner)
The sample vials supplied by Membrane Solutions are precisely designed, applied with expertise and in accordance with strict technical specifications. We also perform rigorous testing of dimensions such as polishing, OD and length – to ensure that each vial is exactly matched to the autosampler jaws and injection system. Our 2ml HPLC vials are made of high quality borosilicate glass and meet ASTM TYPEI ClassA and USP TYPE I standards.
Features:
1) Low Expansion Coefficient: 9mm Screw Thread Autosampler Vials are made of clear Type 1, Class A Borosilicate Glass with very low expansion coefficient. It shows excellent chemical resistance to acidic and neutral solutions, due to its relatively low alkaline content even to alkaline solutions. MS Amber vials has white printed graduations in 0.5ml increments.
2) Standard Universal Borosilicate Glass Vials: Our HPLC sample vials is 12mm Diameter, 32mm Height, compatible with Agilent (1042, 1050, 1080, 1082, 1084, 1090, 1100, 5890, 6850, 6890, 7670A, 7671A, 7672, 7673A/B, 7683, 7890, 8042), Bruker (8100/8200, Marathon), Varian(Marathon), Waters, Thermo, etc. Temperature range from -76°F to 248°F.
3) 9-425 Screw Vials: 2ml sample Vials with unique thread design ensures consistent seal and can be reused, not volatile, easy to use, Amber vial with large writing patch for sample identification.
4) PTFE/Silicone Septa: 2ml Amber GC vials included blue ABS Screw Cap & Septa (Red PTFE/ White silicone Liner) This PTFE/Silicone septa with PTFE chemically inert before being penetrated and strongest repetitive sealing ability-recommended for multiple penetration sampling.
5) Application: Standard 2ml Autosampler Vial for HPLC & GC Chromatography, sample vials can be used for high performance liquid chromatography and gas chromatography for reliable analysis results.
6) Large Writing Aarea: Writing patch for sample identification or labeling. Short-thread caps and vials require fewer turns to make a tight seal, saving time, especially considering how often vials need to be opened and closed, and how many samples you have.
