Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it next working dat after dispatch.
Buyers buying an item(s) using the 'Buy it Now' option have a period of 7 working days after the date of delivery within which they can cancel the transaction (often referred to as the "cooling off" period) and return their purchase for a refund.
The buyer must pay for the cost of returning the item. Additionally, the item must be well packaged in the original packaging and a recorded delivery service must be used.
Refunds will only be given after the product(s) are returned, and in the same condition as they were dispatched. There will be a 25% restocking fee for returns on any retail sealed items.
Warranty We provide a 12 months return to base warranty. This covers repair of the machine, labour, parts and replacement where necessary. It does not cover postage costs for repairs.
The warranty does not cover any software problems including damage by viruses or malware or the operating system failing. In the case of any software related problems we will do our best to help you but will not be responsible for repairing the machine.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring any games they own or purchase are suitable for the computer, we do not take any responsibility of any games that are not compatible as we don't test our computers with games.
We do not take any responsibility for any damage which you have caused to the computer.
