Shipping Conditions

From SafetyPrice Electronics all your purchases will be shipped from Spain the next business day after payment is made.

Shipments are made to the shipping address registered on eBay, you being responsible for not being updated. If the shipping address indicated by the buyer is incorrect after placing the order, we are not responsible for its loss.

We reserve the right to make a single shipment when purchasing multiple items.

Features of each type of shipment

Home Shipping (Ordinary Mail):

This is our default shipping method, via Spanish Post. This shipping option is free within the Spanish territory, but you have to consider the following:

• You should not rely on the date stipulated by eBay for delivery, transit time to delivery usually fluctuates and may vary from the deadline stated by eBay.
• In our experience, the transit time stipulated by Post Office usually ranges from 4 to 7 working days, with the possibility of delivery delays, so if you need the products as soon as possible, we do not recommend this form of shipping.
• It lacks tracking number, so we will not be able to claim it from the Post Office for a loss or delay in delivery.
• We cannot be held responsibleof possible losses or delays if you choose this shipping method.
• If the purchase amount exceeds €20 or includes more than 5 items, we reserve the right to ship it via Paq Light or 72h Standard Paq shipping service at no additional cost to the buyer, with tracking number included.
• In the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melillatransit time is usually slightly longer.

Mail: Certified Letters (Light Paq)NOT valid for Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

It is the cheapest form of traceable shipping we have.

This shipping option has some advantages over regular shipping:

• Valid for products not exceeding 2cm tall or 2kg in weight.
• The transit time stipulated by Post Office is 2-3 business days.
• It has tracking number, useful for knowing the condition of your shipment.
• Mailbox delivery.

Standard Paq MailNOT valid for Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

Shipping by Certified Mail. This shipping option has a number of advantages over regular shipping:

• The transit time stipulated by Post Office is 2-3 business days.
• It has a tracking number, so you will always be able to know what condition your shipment is in.
• Order is delivered by hand and under signature.
• It is the most recommended option if you want to receive your order by post in the shortest possible time and with all warranties.

Standard shipping to the Canary Islands:

If you would like us to ship the order to you through another shipping company or prefer to ask your shipping agency to collect the package, please contact us using the eBay messaging system.

International shipping:

International shipments are made to all countries.

The default international shipping in Europe is by Ordinary Letter, whose delivery time depends on the destination country and does not have a tracking number.

Transit time is typically 10 to 12 business days.
