Kit includes printed design on fabric, yarn, instructions. KBecause kits have been opened, they are listed as pre-owned and sold as-is.
Please note that needle is not included in Brownstone kit. Needle for Spring Barn kit was inserted in the fabric and has started to rust. This section will be covered with stitching. Mounting boards are included but show significant age as they are from the 1970s. Instructions show wear as well.
