The "Acceptable" Item Condition is because while some have their original jewel cases and instructions, others are just in a generic paper sleeve case. The pics will show each item you're considering. If a disc is pictured without a jewel case, it comes in a paper sleeve. If you want a sleeved item in a slim-line jewel case, you may purchase one at the end of the list.
I will put the year printed on the discs so you'll have an idea of the time and operating system (DOS / Windows 3.1 (1994) to Windows XP (2002)) each title was released during. I'm sure you can look up the titles online for an idea of gameplay.
