I have used it for over a year.

The Laptop does have a software issue, it boots but does a few loops and boots into safe mode. 
It still works and can be used but I'm letting you know there is a slight problem with it. 

The Laptop does not come with a charger unfortunately as the wire has died. 

It will come in the original box it came in.
