I submit my orders to my production partner and they assemble the product and ship it out for me. My speciality production partner is based in the USA. Production time is about approx 7 - 10 days but can be longer at times.

VAT / Customs Fees:
Depending on your country, your package may be subject to local customs taxes/fees. The customer is responsible for paying these fees. I will not be able to refund/replace orders due to non-payment of fees or refusal of delivery.
Cancellations / Returns:
Cancellations/changes must be made within 24 hrs from the time of purchase. Once I submit the order to my production partner and the order goes into production, I will no longer be able to make changes/cancel the order. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect please contact me immediately for product replacement or refund.
Care:
Wash the item only cold machine wash with similar colours garments using a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low settings or hang dry. Do not bleach or dry clean.
