Card went from pack to polypropylene sleeve

*Shipping is free standard Ebay Envelope under 20$ - my records indicate that the USPS loses about .9% of these envelopes.  I'd also mention that occasionally, it can take 7-14 days for delivery (not sure why).  Both these situations are rare, but they do happen.  If the 1% risk or potential delay is unacceptable, you can contact me and purchase a premium shipping service instead.
