Operation: Lift Lever 

Latch Reversal: Push a flat bladed screwdriver into the small rectangular slot above the spindle and pull out latch at the same time. Reverse and reinsert 

Faceplate screws are not supplied

Note: Sometimes these gearboxes have unthreaded screw lugs. When fitting use existing screws and this will cut a new thread
