The book itself is amazing. I'm not sure I've seen a nicer 1st edition of this, it is just beautiful. Stunning covers, spine and edges.
Pages are great. No writing inside, no inscriptions or bookplates. I see no marks or smudges or anything inside.

DJ is in good shape too. Some chips and rips, but great colors and overall very solid. Looks better IRL than in pics, I think.
