Syroco Ornate Resin Wall Candle Sconces #4531 Homco Scroll Hollywood Regency. These are 16" tall. One of the holders has black on it see all pics. Was on wall long time need a cleaning as well. I see no other problems at all. I have taken apart to keep shipping low all you have to do is screw it back in.  Estate Find.
