*PLEASE NOTE - These are not ready-made items. These are a print-on-demand and made-to-order item; they are not produced until an order is placed. I am located in Australia and I create the designs myself and I have a production partner that assembles the products for me.
I submit my orders to my production partner and they assemble the product and ship it out for me. My speciality production partner is based in the USA, where the design is printed on the material, assembled by hand, then packaged and shipped directly from their printing facility. Production time is about approx 7 - 10 days but can be longer at times.
- Please allow 7 - 9 days approx to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted, packaged and shipped from my speciality print on demand facility
- Estimated shipping time is 2-4 weeks approx.
VAT / Customs Fees:
Depending on your country, your package may be subject to local customs taxes/fees. The customer is responsible for paying these fees. I will not be able to refund/replace orders due to non-payment of fees or refusal of delivery.
Cancellations / Returns:
Cancellations/changes must be made within 24 hrs from the time of purchase. Once I submit the order to my production partner and the order goes into production, I will no longer be able to make changes/cancel the order. If your item arrives damaged please notify me immediately and I can arrange a replacement or refund.
