Delivery Time
We keep you informed
Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an email to confirm your order details, including shipping and delivery time for each item. Once your item has been prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information. You’ll see your tracking number, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, estimated shipping, delivery dates, the shipping method, and package tracking information for items that have shipped.
Shipping and delivery estimates
The delivery date is an estimate of when your payment has been received. The items on your order will ship as they become available. Items that ship within “48 working hours” are estimated to ship the same or the following business day. Target delivery time is 1-5 working days for all parcels. All estimates are based on business days
What time will my order be delivered?
For orders shipped to a residential or office address, deliveries are made between 8 am and 5 pm for office addresses. Please note residential address has a night-time delivery service between 8 am and 8 pm.
You can check the estimated delivery date and carrier by visiting the carrier company website, for the latest status of your order. diamondshome and its carriers are unable to provide an exact time of delivery. Our carriers cannot make a call prior to delivery.
Signature on delivery
Most of our shipments contain valuable items. If you will not be home to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping your product where someone you trust will be able to sign for your package. For your convenience, you may prefer to have your order delivered to your office address. Please note, if you choose this option, goods may be left with Reception or the Mail Room. Delivery to a PO Box is not permitted for security reasons.
I will not be home on the scheduled delivery date.
As our carriers require a signature on delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card if you are not at home. You can then contact the carrier directly to schedule a new delivery appointment or alternatively amend your delivery address.

WARRANTY POLICY
We offer (not applicable on man-made damaged):

  • 10 years for all mattresses
  • 3 years for upholstery frames (including sofas, daybeds, chaise, armchairs and recliners, and excluding occasional chairs)
  • 2 year for dining tables, chairs and bar stools; TV stands, coffee tables and other cabinets, wardrobes; All the home office furniture
  • 1 year for sofabeds and all other products
Please provide us clear pictures of any damaged, or faulty products and contact us via platform message, along with any details of your purchase, for an exchange or refund within 14 days.
Please allow 2 business days for a response from our Customer Service team.​
Diamonds Home reserves the right to refuse service when the product is found on inspection to be in an unsanitary condition or stained (for mattress warranty), or when product failure is due to causes other than defective workmanship or materials.

ITEM IS DAMAGED / FAULTY / WRONG / MISSING AN ITEM
Please provide us clear pictures of any damaged, faulty or wrong products / clear description of the missing part and contact us via return portal , along with any details of your purchase, for an exchange or refund within 14 days.
ORGANISE A PICK-UP FROM YOUR HOME
If you are not able to visit our store, you can contact us to arrange a pick-up. Prices range $50 - $100 for metro areas and regional from $120. This service is not available in all areas.
MATTRESS RETURN POLICY
At Diamondshome Furniture, we prioritize the health and hygiene of our customers, and we understand the importance of maintaining the integrity of the mattress packaging. To ensure both your satisfaction and the hygienic condition of our mattresses, we have established the following return policy, emphasizing the requirement for the mattress to remain in its original packaging:
Eligibility for Return:

  • To be eligible for a return, the mattress must have been kept in its original packaging, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the specified return period.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.

Packaging and Shipping:

  • The mattress must be kept in its original packaging to ensure safe transportation and protection against damage during return shipping.
  • You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs to our warehouse: 3 coal street, silverwater,2128.

Inspection and Refund:

  • Once the returned mattress is received, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
  • If the mattress is found to be in acceptable condition, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus the restocking fee and the delivery fee.

Exclusions:

  • For hygienic reasons, mattresses that are stained, damaged, or soiled will not be eligible for return.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
We're really quick at packing your order up which means we can't cancel once you've placed it. However, you are allowed to change the delivery option and delivery address within 2 hours after completing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible for any alternation.
