The TV dock is a new mini dock designed for Nintendo Switch game console and can replace the original dock. It can connect the Switch console with TV, video converter switch and so on.

It is recommended to use the original Nintendo AC adapter when playing while charging, plugging it into the USB-C port to provide power for the switch.

You can charge the switch at the same time while playing with TV display.
