You are looking at a Procharger "Tall Boy" carb hat that has been ceramic coated. Also included is a Procharger 3" elbow also ceramic coated with a Procharger bypass valve.  Everything is in great shape. The valve is in perfect working order.  A couple little marks on the hat but that's it. The hat has a 1/8 npt threaded hole in the backside for a vacuum fitting as well.
