All my beyblade items were bought from Japan through an authorized Tomy distributor. This is a Japanese version as it can tell from the Japanese packing. 

Payment and Shipping:

• Payment: Please complete payment at your earliest convenience so that we can ship the item as soon as possible.
• Shipment channel: Item will be shipped as a register parcel on the same or next business day after released. 
• Shipment duration: You will receive the item in 7-20 days depends on the destination and the postal services provided at your end.
• Tracking: We can get online tracking information on the delivery status of registered parcels. We can connect to a long list of mail tracking website of the destinations if available. For destinations not on the list, tracking information is only available up to departure from from our warehouse.
