This is a EX Red King figure by Bandai based from the Ultra Galaxy Mega Monster Battle Ultraman series The bottom of the one foot says 2007 and EX and other that I cannot read as a I presume another langauge The bottom of the other foot is Bandai 2008 China 38999 See pictures for details and measurements and any questions just ask.
