Brand new and factory sealed.  The shrink wrap is torn and a sticker was attached to the front cover (I believe that is it a radio station sticker and this may be a DJ copy or a Promo / Demo copy but I'm not sure).  The tear goes halfway down the sleeve opening, but it is still sealed and the records have never been removed.  The sleeve has been corner-punched.  See photos.
