The supported models are updated every day on the WIC utility. It is very easy to use:

All EPSON printers have inbuilt counters that count up the number of pages a printer produces, the number of head cleans executed and various other attributes. Once a critical level is reached the printer will enter its service mode. Commonly this is shown by a message saying 'Parts inside your printer are at the end of their service life' or ‘waste pads are full and need replacing’. At this point users are expected to either throw away their printer and buy a new one, or pay to have a costly service by an engineer.

All Epson printers contain a small internal tank that is filled with felt pads. They are designed to collect any "waste ink" the printer produces. Waste ink is pumped from the ink cartridges during prints or head cleans. The printer has a counter that records ink usage and estimates when these pads will be full. When these pads get full your printer will throw up a "Service Error" message and shut down.

How do I reset my printer?

2.download your 15-16 digit one time reset key code and wic utility.

3. launch the utility, select your printer, copy and paste your key 

    under waste counter enter (reset waste counter).

The software works with both Windows and Mac operating systems. The software requires an internet connection as it uses a server to verify the key, the software should be installed and used on a computer that is connected to the printer you wish to reset.
