1、 Overview

This thickness gauge is suitable for measuring the thickness of plastic films and sheets using mechanical measurement methods (not suitable for embossed films and sheets). This thickness gauge complies with the GB/T6672-2001 standard.

2、 Main parameters

1. Scale value 0.001mm, range 0-1mm

2. When the upper and lower measuring surfaces are flat, the load applied to the sample on the measuring surface is between 0.5N and 1.0N.

3. When the upper and lower measuring surfaces are convex/planar, and the curvature radius of the upper measuring surface is between 15 and 50 (Mm), the load applied to the sample on the measuring surface is between 0.1N and 0.5N.

4. Measurement accuracy within 100 um  ， Precision 1um

3、 Usage method

1. Before testing, rotate the dial to zero the pointer, and try pressing the hand several times to return to zero before testing.

2. When using, press the pinch hand to raise the measuring head, place the tested object between the upper and lower measuring heads, and gently place the pinch hand to make contact. At this time, the reading is the thickness of the tested sample.

3. To ensure accurate testing, measurements can be taken at different positions of the same object and the average value taken.

4. After use, the instrument should be wiped clean and placed in the instrument box,
