Full length dress, not sure if this would have been for a first Communion or religious ceremony
White lightweight cotton with machine sewing. Lace eyelet trim along square sleeves, V-shaped lace inset at bodice, large panel in the center front with floral embroidery cascading down the front and ending with a beautiful floral lace design at the bottom.
Dress has scalloping at the hem, cuffs, along the neck.
There is a 12 inch long opening below the neck in back but no buttons or buttonholes, hooks. Possibly the dress was never finished??
Dress has yellowing from age, brown dots and a few larger brown marks, small holes on either side of the lace at bodice.

Dress is much whiter than in the photos!
