Gibson Johnny Smith Ebony Fingerboards, NOS vintage originals in very good condition, and nice black Ebony with no cracks. There are some thin corners in the pearl that may need to be replaced and some sanding that will need to be done on 1 of the boards.

They are 24 3/4” scale length, 1 7/16”at the nut, 1 7/8”at 20th fret and approximately 1/4” thick in center of board. Please remember that these will need to be bound if restoring an original Johnny Smith Guitar.

These fingerboards came from the Maudie Moore Estate in Kalamazoo. Maudie Moore was the Engraver and Inlay Artist at Gibson starting in 1969 and continued to work for them even after they moved to Nashville in the late "80's. Please see my other listings if looking for vintage Gibson fingerboards.

They are $250 each.
