Payments are expected in a timely manner. Please contact us in the event that payment cannot be made within seven days as payment arrangements can be made.

  • We accept: PayPal, Credit Card or Debit Card.
  • Local Pickups are an option on SOME items. Please message me before you purchase the item if local pickup are available.
  • We cannot process the order until we receive tax from shipping address within California or a copy of your California.
  • Payment must be received within 4 days of the close of auction. If payment isn’t received within 4 days, the auction will be cancelled and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.

All items will be securely packaged or palletized and shipped via the best and most economical way possible. We typically ship within 1 business day however, under certain circumstances please allow up to 5 business days for handling; e.g. special freight crating as well as international orders. All tracking information is updated through eBay and posted on the buyers eBay account.


Same Day Shipping Policy

  • Contact us before 1:00 PM, Pacific Standard Time by email.
  • Same Day Shipping may not be available for freight items or if we are experiencing a large volume of outgoing orders.
  • Same Day Shipping is NOT available for any international sales due to extra time involved for export clearing process.
  • Our preferred method for same day shipping is with UPS. We CAN NOT guarantee same day shipping when shipping collect with DHL or Fedex.

Package Shipments

  • A contact name and current phone number are required for all shipments.
  • All shipped items will include a tracking number.
  • All domestic shipments will be shipped with USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on checkout.
  • All international shipments will be shipped with eBay’s Global Shipping Program
  • Collect package shipments; please provide us with your FEDEX or UPS shipping account number (UPS Preferred).
  • Package shipments do not include insurance unless requested by the buyer at an additional cost.

Freight Shipments

  • A contact name, current phone number and company name are required for all shipments. (We cannot ship to Postal Boxes.)
  • Freight does not include the insurance unless if requested by the buyer at an additional cost.
  • You will be notified within 1-3 business days after purchase for shipping charges and dimensions before an invoice can be sent.
  • o If eBay listing has Freight enabled please message me via eBay for requesting shipping quote.

When requesting a quote or purchasing an item that will be shipped by freight please answer the following questions:

  1. What is the shipping destination zip code?
  2. Is the shipping destination Business or Residential?
  3. Does the shipping destination have a docking station or a fork lift?

We use eBay Global Shipping Program for all international orders.

These products are subject to export restrictions under U.S. law. The Bureaus of U.S. Census and the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) regulate exports through the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). We DO NOT sell any items to any locations in Country Group E. Please be aware that we may require up to 30 Days to determine the products export classifications [Export Control Classification Number (ECCN)] and in the unlikely event that an export license is required, we would need an additional 30-90 Days for licensing.

In order to comply with export control laws established by the US Department of Commerce and the US Department of State, we require a written statement defining the ultimate End User, the End Use of each product to be exported and the buyers agreement to comply with the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). You will be contacted via email with the appropriate documents that will need to be returned to us in order to complete your order, please be advised that we cannot complete your order if you do not provide all of the data requirements.

International Orders are subject to DUTIES, TAXES or other Import Fees; the bidder/buyer[s] is solely responsible for these fees, documents and transportation if held at a customs office in the destination country. In the event that you have questions about international shipping logistics please contact us before purchase.

30 Day Return Period. (You can return a product up to 30 days from the date you received the item)

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund 100% of your purchase price. To expedite the process, please include all eBay item numbers. All returns must include all original undamaged items, in resalable condition with all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. if originally included. Hollitronic will pay for return shipping costs. Does not apply to cancelled or incorrect/ wrong product ordered. Please contact us for a return shipping label if you wish to return a purchased item to us.
