The leaves of 'Red Giant' are reddish in color, with a slightly jagged edge. A spicy salad that is suitable as an addition to many dishes; the flowers are also edible. Exudes a mustard-like taste with a pungent aroma. Both young and older leaves can be used. Suitable for making mixed salads.
Location: Sunny, deep, moist, humus-rich, nutrient-rich soil
