Beautiful Renaissance by Dominick and Haff Sterling Silver serving piece. It could be for Fish, Cake or Bon Bons. it is 10.5" long the serving part has a gold colored wash on it. The back and front have the face of the North Wind I believe. Also on the spoon it is says L.W. Vilsack  & Co
