Tested and working well. Must be snapped in fully before it will blend, which appears to be a safety feature. Was given a light cleaning, but as with any used appliance, buyer should give item a more thorough cleaning upon receipt. Minor wear and tear, need for crevice cleaning, small crack on the spout.
